Is TV Pastor Melissa Scott against paying personal income taxes and obeying the government?

There are some unfair or stupid government rules but US residents seem obligated to abide by them or leave and live in another country.

5. I don't know much about her but I doubt it. Don't pay income taxes but don't drive on the roads either. And don't call 911 when you're in trouble. Don't get upset either if a few of your neighbours decide to band together and take over your property, sharing it among them: can't afford the police or judges to protect you.
6. Jesus said "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and God what is Gods. Caesar represented the government then.
