Is it possible to legally not be obligated to pay federal income taxes???

I am bound and determined to find a legal way to get out of paying federal income taxes. Can anybody help. Even rumors are appreciated on this one.

  1. No way, you gotta pay. You can try hiding underground, but they'll eventually find you.
  2. lol....not possible
  3. you arent obligated to, get a copy of the anarchist cookbook or buy disinformation, you are being lied to ,these books explain it
  4. There was this guy in Canyon Lake Texas who went through this big thing about not being controled by the goverment and he went in front of a judge and told him that making him carry an id and a ss card and pay taxes was against his constitutional rights so he was declared ajudicated by the federal goverment so he doent pay taxes or have an id or a ss card but he also doesnt exist to the united states goverment
  5. The only ways I know are...(and I've heard this is only partially true) if you're not a U.S. citizen, you can work here and not pay income tax for 4-5 years. Then you can go back to your respective country for a few months...(many use the Family Medical Leave Act so they don't lose their jobs) come back and do it for another 4-5 years. Find enough tax deductions to counteract what you WOULD owe (kids, charity donations, medical bills etc...). The only other way I know...is to make too little money to be required to pay into it.
  6. yes there is a way!! Have 10 kids!, when you have 10 or more children you become exempt, good luck with that...lol
  7. Not possible. The I.R.S. will be on your ass like flies on shit, especially if you make alot.
  8. Yes. There is a way. Move out of this country to one without taxes. Although I don't think one exists. Or stop making an income. Either way would get you there. No income, no income tax. No federal government. No federal tax requirement.
  9. uh well you can just not pay them and go to prison--like that dude Richard Hatch from Survivor... You get free room, board, food and sometimes free college at jail. It might be a good deal for you. or you could move to a third world dump-of-a-country and like in a sh1thole..
  10. My oldest brother spent a fortune researching this and thought he had it figured out. He filed this declairation in leu of a tax return every year for nearly a decade, basically saying he was under no obligation to pay his taxes and using up about 12 pages documenting each and every reason why he wasn't. The IRS left him alone for a long time, I suppose because they were gleefully letting him accumulate enough rope to hang himself with. Currently he's paying back over a quarter of a mil in taxes, penalties, and interest. While it may indeed be legal to not pay taxes, it's probably in your best interest just to concentrate on finding every possible deduction and loophole you can. The IRS doesn't operate under any laws, at least none that are enforced. After all, what judge wants to invite a nice fat audit by not ruling in the IRS's favor?
  11. Yes, if you don't have any income.
  12. Al Copone asked the same thing and when they let him out of Alcatraz Prison(The Rock), he knew the answer!
  13. Sure, just give up your rights as a U.S. citizen, move anywhere else you like, and become a citizen of their country. Good luck. Or, go to jail, I hear inmates don't pay taxes. Or, make below a certain level of income, like 13,000. a year, and you won't owe any taxes. So get a crappy part-time job flipping burgers, and you're there. Other than that, suck it up and pay like the rest of us...
