1. No. Seven states (Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming) do not tax personal income.
2. No Texas does not have a state income tax. But did you know that Texas is the only state in the union that has the constitutional right to succeed and become its own country "again" when ever it wants too.
3. Don't mess with Texas!!
