If I live in WA (no state taxes) but work in Oregon (state taxes) do I have to pay state income taxes?
Public Comments
- Yes......
- Sorry, but you have to file (and pay taxes) on the income you earned in Oregon. You file as a non-resident. Oregon has a pretty good Internet site on this. Search for "Oregon income tax" and you'll come up with it.
- Yep, uncle Sam always gets his first!
- Pay now or really pay later!
- Oregon, like most states with a personal income tax, taxes all income earned in the state.
