Why are congressional members not made to pay income tax on their limos and drivers?
If I use a company car for personal use I have to declare the mileage and pay tax but congressional members, not to mention the President, use taxpayer provided services and do not pay tax. WHY?

- The limos and drivers are provided by the government as part of the needs to conduct government business. Of course it is Congress that approved the limos, drivers, the best health care you can imagine and all sorts of other perks.
