How many here have received an IOU from the state of California for their income tax return checks?

I heard this from a resident of the downtrodden republic of California early this week. They filed their taxes and got an IOU from the state. Will we see a trend forming here?Who is next?

1. Not me. I owe the state about $100 and they won't get it until Apr 15th.

3. I was smart enough to get out of that toilet in 1992 when I retired from the Navy. I hope they burn and fall into the ocean.
4. I got my tax return, and everyone I know got theirs as well. But I still can't wait to get out of this state.
