Probably never. Hard workers are never rewarded in this state or country for that matter. But if you're unemployed and have 14 kids you can apparently have enough income to have plastic surgery and qualify for govt. handouts...
State Controller John Chiang has announced that he has begun releasing more than $2.8 billion in payments that he was forced to delay in February, due to the state’s cash shortage. I had my taxes done on Jan 26th, still nothing! It's time for the villagers to take up pitchforks and torches and burn down that castle. As far as Im concerned California's State Controller John Chiang just committed political suicide. I will never vote for this scumbag!
