Can I just bring my tax return forms to the IRS office?

Because I lost my pin and can't e-file! Well our mail service is terrible and I work next door to the IRS office.

1. You can still complete return online, print it and mail it or take it to IRS. Closer we get to 4/15, longer you will wait there Libraries have all the forms, too
2. You can't efile at the local office either. All the people there will do is mail your paper return to the same service center you would. If saving the cost of a stamp is worth the trip, go for it, but I wouldn't.
3. Seeing your details i believe it would be better if you stop worrying about e-filing your taxes. If you work next to the IRS office, it is best you go there fill your form and file it there itself. It is more reliable method.
