I need some tax advice, iam confused.?

I have worked at 4 diffrent jobs, two jobs in Virginia and two jobs in West Virginia. I live in Virginia, How exactly do i need to file my taxes, I only made 7043 for 2008. Could i file my federal and state together for Virginia and federal and state together in WV? Or do i need to file all federal together and then file WV state income taxes WV sperate
