IRS refund processing time for paper filing?

How much time IRS takes for processing refunds when taxes are filed by paper and also had a new I-TIN generation form w7 for my dependent. It been 5 weeks I am waiting to hear from them. Any clues ?

1. It normally takes 6-8 weeks. 2. The W-7 alone can take 10 weeks at this time of year, then add 6 weeks for the tax return.
