Schedule K Form 1065-What do I do with it for tax preparation?
I received this form for an ETF DB Commodity Index. It seems to indicate that I was a "partner". I sold the the ETF in 2009. But there seems to be some reportable capital losses and Income losses to be reported on the 2008 tax filing. I use Sch D for my trades, but have no idea what to do with this form. Is it reportable and where? Thanks!

- You might mean Schedule K-1 (form 1065). This should have come with instructions which detail EXACTLY where to report income/losses shown on the K-1. If you don't have the instructions, they're here: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1065sk1.pdf
