Can two income tax businesses open up next to each other and survive? What will determine its success?
The landlord of our new building never stated that the other business opening up next to us was going to be used for income tax preparation. Now they are calling us and threatening us with legal action if we open up next week. The landlord assured us that we could still open up and I guess now its a matter of marketing to see who will get all the business... Any suggestions as to how to survive economically in this situatioN? We are also Certified Tax Preparers and will be next to another 'multi services business' (which includes tax preparation).
