What about a personal bail-out for each American taxpayer a decent stimulus check?....Instead of these BS bail-outs... It really all does not matter.They(government) ain't gonna give the working man poor a dime... We (the working man) will never see nothing.. You have to be part of there scheme of things.Like you have to be (special interest group) and a working truck driver is not a special interest group.. As far as i am concerned and the way i see it,the government created this mess because they are thieves,con's and scum..lol,lol.. The truth is the government does not have the interest of the working man.Never did and never will... It's all SMOKE AND MIRRORS.....TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 100% REALITY OF WHAT ARE ''CROOKED GOVERNMENT'' has done to the working people in this country....This is the work of the ''government legal extortion'' other known as the ''government mafia'' with there brother mafia ''wall street'' They have destroyed America and ran off with all the ''peoples money''..And they did it ''legally''.. How about just cut federal income taxes so that you know for the rest of your life you will have more! I don't know about you, but I have a $200,000 dollar house, 2 cars, 2 kids and we keep fosters... $10,000 would not even bring me up to 0! I would feel better NOT paying almost 40% of my yearly salary into a federal system that wastes my money on things like STUDIES to determine how well a bogus stimulus package is working!

Because then the banks can't further enslave you, and they can't be in total cahoots with government as they have been before and are even more now. Now the central banks literally control our government.
I think I heard that the new stimulus package, equals 19,000 dollars for each man, woman, and child in America. I find that pathetic, and yes, I agree with you, the politicians started it, and greed made the problem worse. Bigger government means bigger debt for each and every American. You cannot bail out the average American, because companies, cough cough visa mastercard... rely on its clients being in debt so they can pay their own bills. I am debt free, and the more people I tell, the less and less I find people like me.
Your country is broke and there isn't any fix for it. It appears to me that all the elites are removing as much $$$ as possible cause they know the good ship USA is going down. When hyperinflation hits (similar to Zimbabwe) there will be pitch forks and wheel barrows in the streets. Then you will see dictatorship. Problem, Reaction, Solution... Otherwise known as hegelian dialectic.
Excellent post - some will call it a rant, but it's high time people started ranting! What has happened to this country is a travesty. I don't know if a BOSTON TEA PARTY would even work. Someone would complain that they are not being given enough Tea to throw in the harbor, and would want to take it from the ones with the most Tea. The whole mess makes me sick.
That would do more to stimulate the economy than obama's plan, but unfortunately it will just be help the ones who won't work and screw the ones who will. Maybe we should just all quit our jobs.
So start the revolution, then. Your time may be coming. Millions are being thrown out of work. As long as enough Americans have their houses and their cars and some food in their guts, things will stay the same, but if enough people are tossed into the streets with nothing to eat and nothing to look forward to, them maybe there will be trouble and that's the way it's headed.
It's too late. The masses simply do not understand. They have been trained to wait for the government to help them and they truly believe that government has their best interests in mind and that this new president will somehow be different from all the others who came before him. If the people ever wake up, it won't be until we've gone through hyperinflation, riots in the streets and all the world is brought to its knees politically and economically. This has all been planned for many years and America is about to take the final leg of its journey into the abyss.

Government has got to realize we pay for their jobs and we can vote them out of existance. We need to take an active role in getting the money to work that needs doing. I am sure of one thing some of us need to stop and look at what has happened and make a commitment to never let it happen again. That means we make some laws that have teeth about greed and graft.

This is a great post. I've often said to my better half, that most people just think of income taxes and property taxes and don't really know how many taxes the feds get from us. You listed some of them but of course there are more. My phone bill is mostly taxes, the same way for my natural gas bill, it's three fourths taxes, and I don't know what some of the taxes mean. What I really resent is little children paying taxes on their toys and candy, etc. I don't think children should pay taxes, but the dam**** government will squeeze every penny out of us all. I just don't think children should pay taxes until they are old enough to get a job, and no sales taxes until they are eighteen. On liquor taxes, the great Ronnie Raygun raised taxes on liquor, but he put more taxes on beer ( working man) than fine wines(wealthy man). Yes we are taken for fools, and I think most people resent it, but what can we as a people do? I wish we had a leader somewhere. Now I heard yesterday that 50% of Americans would like to live somewhere else, but they are stuck here because of extended family, and homes they can't sell. In other words, we flat out don't have the money to move to the UK, Australia, Italy or France.
I've heard people go on and on for the last several months about "making history". If only people would wake up and pay attention to history. I believe we will see a civil war in this country at some point, I don't know when, could be many, many years from now, but i think it's inevitable. I'm not a loyal follower of the republican party either folks, but 2 + 2 still = 4! (although our gov't would argue with that!)
