when will I get my irs refund direct deposit ?

the irs refund cycle chart says jan 30th but the wheres my refund status says by feb 3rd so which date will I get it on ? I used e file

Count about 6 weeks. Don't bother to spend it before you get it. You can check it's status at irs.gov
It says Feb 3rd unless you owe other taxes or they find mistakes. If there are no problems then it should update on Wednesday saying that you are scheduled for direct deposit for Friday.
As per "where's my refund" irs.gov, my refund was direct deposited by the irs January 23, 2009. IRS said to wait til Jan 28, 2009 before contacting them. Its Jan 28, 2009,nothing in my bank and I'm on hold waiting for IRS rep right now.

If your refund is not credited to your account by February 4, 2009, check with your bank to find out if it has been received. Please wait until February 4, 2009 before you contact us again because we are unable to take any action until then.
Were here in Washington State and the same thing happened to us, this morning on the website the date changed from the third to the tenth. We called the IRS, they offered no explanation. Is this what makes our country great? BROKEN PROMISE # 1,000,000,000,000.
