How would I find a free Tax preparation course just before tax season starts?

I have chosen to volunteer this tax season to prepare taxes for those who have HIV/AIDS. in Georgia. I have a small knowledge of tax preapration because I am an attorney. But I need a refresher course but H&R Block has completed its courses months ago. Help!!!!!

1. Check Jackson Hewitt. I saw an ad in our local newspaper which said they would begin a training session on Jan 5. Also check VITA.
2. I would call the IRS at 1 800 829-1040. Mention you want to volunteer for VITA. They have free classes for the "students" who will volunteer to prepare returns.
3. I am a volunteer instructor for the AARP Vita program. It trains volunteers to prepare basic returns. Locate someone from AARP in your area. They won't care if you are a youngster.
