How can I find out how to report income not claimed on income taxes for the years 2002 and 2003?
I worked for a Real Estate Co. for 17 years, as an office manager and agent. Unintentionally a 1099 was forgotten to be made out for Sales income. I did receive a W-2 for regular income. I no longer work for this company, and my correspondance with them has been ignored. I owe taxes on income that was not reported, and would like to get this taken care of.

- Billie, you need to file an amended return for years you under paid. you will have to pay penalty and interest in all likely hood. Jerry
- Just make them out a check for the entire amount earned and include a note apologizing for your oversight and you'll keep the money coming in the future when you might have lied to them. Especially since you signed a statement under perjury that all the information you've submitted is true and correct. You owe some interest and penelties my friend he he he he....... OR You could realize you don't need to tell them anything because the tax is a fraud and you shouldn't be giving them a dime in the first place. OR You can do like me not file for these years and join the other citizens that have sued the government to acknowledge that the entire tax code is a fraud and dose not apply to workers one bit. http://www.givemeliberty.org/ Either way your up chit creek that's why I say NO TO INCOME TAXES
