i am a Fla. resident,love hunting,own a Pa. home,any hassles to buy a shotgun in Pa. since i am not a resident

even though i own a home ..pay ALL the taxes too!--i can't claim residency in two states,so i chose Fla. whe i also own a small home-reason?..no state income tax. Would there be any trouble buying a shotgun for hunting in Pa.? In Fla i hunt with a rifle,not registered..lol..in Fla...you got the $$$..it's yours!.. I have NO criminal record..worst brush with the law..a parking ticket. Could i buy a shotgun in Pa. without major hassles and/or paperwork? thanx al :)

1. you have to fill out some paper work if you buy it from a FFL dealer, but you can purchase any long gun in any state without being a resisdent of that state.

3. I do nor know of any state where that is much trouble. would not be in ga.
4. No, shouldn't be a problem. There are one or two forms you have to fill out but should only take you a few minutes which I wouldn't consider a major hassle, but that's for you to decide.
5. NO problem, it takes about 30 to 45 minutes.* You fill out two (2)* forms and they do an instant background check, and your done.* They charge 12 to 15 dollars extra for the background check.*

7. You are a legal resident of both states. I live in NJ and have a home in FL. According to two different ATF agents, I am legally a resident of NJ when I am in NJ and legally a resident of FL when I am in FL. I can buy any gun in either state.
