Got back wages from when I lived in a state with no income tax, but got state witholding now - what do I do?
I used to work for Enron and they owed me a bunch of money from when I worked for them in Texas in 2001. They paid some of it to me in 2007 and now I live in Illinois, so they witheld IL income tax - is there any way for me to get that money back as the wages were earned in a state with no income tax?

- Call the Illinois tax agency and ask how you should treat "Texas Source Income" received after you became a resident of Illinois. At least the income tax hit in your state is not too bad, percentage wise.
