does anyone know where i can go to get info on filing state income taxes for my new photography business.?
With this being my first year of business, I haven't actually made a profitt but i know that i still need to file, I just don't know where to start.

- Check your state website - forms are probably there. The forms you need would differ by state. I'm assuming that your business is not incorporated - most likely you'd file an additional form along with your regular personal state return, with the additional form showing your business income and expenses. Then the net would most likely transfer to your main state form. If you have someone prepare your federal return for you, they'd probably do the state return also (it will cost extra).
