When do the IRS start accepting the prepared tax forms?

I NEED THE DATE THE IRS WILL LOOK AT THEM.

2. They take tax forms all the time because some people and businesses file quarterly.
3. The IRS started processing the 2007 individual tax returns starting 1/11. Tax returns using 5 forms have been delayed until February.
