how do I get cheaper taxes! and is there any programs for home improvement funding.

3. Real estate taxes are a function of two things - the assessed value of the real estate, and the local tax rate. In order to reduce the amount of taxes you'll wind up paying on a house you're building now, you either need to move to a low-tax area, or you need to build a cheap house.
