Can a minor legally sign a 1040 & 540 IRS income tax forms?
Or does the parent have to sign it or both? My daughter has to pay (a whopping $20 & $16) and she is only 14. Who legally should be signing these forms for a minor (whether they owe, get a refund or break even)? Thanks! vb - thanks!
