IRS form 1042 S? What form do I use to report a 1042S and on what line do I enter it?

I have recieved a 1042S in the mail and I dont know how to file it. Do I use a regular 1040 tax return form or a different one? What line do I enter the amoutns on? What line do I enter this information on?

1. A 1042S is issued when the payer believes you are a non-resident alien for tax purposes. Non-residents file a 1040NR or a 1040NR-EZ, not a 1040.
