  4. irs.gov that is the site to answer all of your tax questions. including the taxable income pages...
  5. You can download one from irs.gov website.
  6. Try the IRS.GOV website or click this link http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040.pdf
  7. http://www.irs.gov
  8. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/i1040ez--2006.pdf page 25 is for the 1040 EZ form. It looks to me like $2,386 from the chart. Now for the disclaimer you should not rely soley on this information and it's recommended you seek the services of an appropriate tax consultant.
  9. Using the 2006 tax table for $18,439 taxable income for a single person the tax would be: $2,386.
  10. Unless that will be your total income for the year, this answer is fairly useless to you - even then it wouldn't be accurate. But since you ask, federal income tax for a single person in 2006 with a TAXABLE income of $18,439 was $2386.
  11. Go to irs.gov it'll tell ya :)
