Is there a central location to view the IRS 990 tax forms reported by non-profit charitable organizations?

In particular, I would like to look at the 990 forms for the various Clinton-related foundations and non-profit organizations. Thanks!

1. Not a central place that I know of.... but there are political and non-profit watchdog groups that find them and post them. I am sure if you wait a few days.... the Clintons forms will be EVERYWHERE. By the way... 990's tell where money came from... not where it went.
2. www.guidestar.org They have 990s for most non-profits.
