  1. You can go down to the IRS and ask for a wage print out. With that information, they can even file your 2006 return for you (but this time of year-they may not be to excited about doing it).
  2. Go to irs.gov there is a search box. put in the year you need an the forms will be shown down load the forms and fill them out . e file or mail them into the address shown for your state. you should hear from them in about 2-4 weeks.
  3. If you have your W2 for 2006, you don't need to go to the IRS. You can get the 2006 form 1040 online and file yourself. Be aware that the IRS will assess you a penalty and interest for filing late. You don't have to figure that amount yourself, they will bill you after you file.
  4. If you are asking where to find the Forms to file your 2006 you can obtain the forms from the IRS website (www.irs.gov) or call 1-800-829-3676 for forms. If you already filed your 2007 IRS might be holding your refund until your 2006 is filed and fully processed. If you have filed your 2007 and IRS is holding your refund you need to mail the return to Internal Revenue Service PO Box 149338 STOP 5501 Austin,TX 78714. If IRS is not holding your refund just mail the return to the appropriate address.
