Is anyone else having a problem posting a link to IRS website?

When answering a question? Says the following: "Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999." From what I can tell, yahoo does this to prevent people from posting links to the same website too often. Well, this is the tax section....and links to irs dot gov (can't even put that in a message today) would be quite common.

1. Yes, I've gotten the same thing a couple times today. If I take out the link, it posts OK.
2. I also frequently post a link to the IRS as well and I have not been able to include it for over two weeks now as I receive this same error page. It is quite frustrating, but good to know I am not alone! I guess I haven't tried any other links. Lets try one now. http://finance.yahoo.com/
