Is the federal income tax return considered taxable income?
It's hard to believe i have a check here for $500 and I don't have to pay any taxes on it. Are there any states where a state/federal tax return is considered taxable income? What about when Hillary is president, will this change?

- Your question is a bit vague. Are you asking whether the check for $500 is subject to tax? If so, explain who it is from and why you got it.
- No. Because it is a refund of overpaid taxes...
- My tax return was only money that I have already earned. It has already been taxed, and it is simply a return of what belongs to me. If the Democrats get their way, I may simply have to pay more, and get less of my own sweat and blood money back.
- No to the taxable, probably to Hillary raising them.
