what do i do if i missent my federal tax forms to the state treasury, and the state tax forms to the IRS?

do i need to re-send my tax forms to both agencies?

  6. YES. They will likely eventually send them back too you, but why wait? Why don't you electronically file this time? Go online to a free efile, using your copies of the forms you mailed in. You'll get any refund back more quickly, and you've already done the work..
  7. Too funny! I've done that with regular bills before. Make copies of the copy you kept for your records; and send the copies to the correct offices. Even if your copy is a signed copy, I would sign and date again. Good luck!
