I had no federal tax liability for 2007 based on my income and dependent status.?

i am married and my wife does not work. I have 2 additional dependents. I had no tax liability for 2007 and did receive a tax refund based on my income. Will I receive a check from the IRS in the spring from the stimulus program ($1200 couples + $300 per dependent)?

If you indeed had no tax liability whatsoever, but made over $3,000 in earned income, you would receive a $600 rebate for the return plus $300 for each qualifying child, or a total of $1,200 if both dependents are qualifying children.
