When do the banks send out their annual forms for IRS purposes?

1. Anytime now....I just got mine for the interest I've earned and still haven't gotten mine for the refund I recived from the state yet...yes the irs taxes your state refund...under certain conditions.
2. I work for a large bank in the Northeast and we send ours out near the end of January.
