I e-filed on 1/29 and the irs website said the dep. would be on 2/12. Now, it is saying 2/5. On a tues?

If it has been changed to 2/5 then you should check your bank account on 2/5 it should be there.
They change mine from Friday Feb. 8th to Wednesday Feb. 12th. Guess they're swamped and not getting them done as fast as they planned.
Their published schedules say Fridays, but it appears that this year they are doing the deposits on multiple days of rhe week.
