Can i just use 1040ez for my tax return???
this is my first time doing this. im in Maryland. First job i got in April of last year. i have the W-2 Form with all the gross wages,tips n all. ive made 3031.05 in wages and 130.79 has been withheld by federal income tax and it says 112.05 state income tax. I had someone claim me as a Dependant on theres. so my question is can i just fill out the 1040EZ form according to the instructions??? How much of a return should i expect? im sorta lost so ANY advise is welcomed

- Yeah, you can use the EZ form without trouble. You should expect 131 refund because your income is below any standard for taxing (though you have to file to get your money) Remember to file for state too to get your 112.05 back from them
