Is the IRS website changing status with anyone else?

My refund date was "by the 29th" now it says "being processed". Is anyone else having these problems? Hey there, I checked today and I have a deposit date now. Oh happy day!....lol

Lots of folks are. It's never been a very reliable predictor of when you'll see your refund.
I'm still waiting for any kind of status at all. I efiled 1/18 and am still waiting.
dont worry. it did the exact same thing to me. i called the "where's my refund" phone number because the online one didnt work. it said i should expect to receive my refund by january 29th. the exact same thing the online one said before. so the site must be messing up. just wait a bit and try again later. i want to say it did the same thing last year and we still ended up getting our refund deposited into our account by the date it had originally posted.
Hi there, you should check today. Today mine was updated from saying 29th to deposited on the 25th. Good luck and hope that you get your refund soon.
Because of recent AMT issues, certain returns filed, ie with forms 8863, SCH II,6251 (child care with 1040A) will be late processed. Returns that include the following forms should not be filed until Feb. 11, 2008: Form 8863, Education Credits. Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits. Schedule 2, Form 1040A, Child and Dependent Care Expenses for Form 1040A Filers. Form 8396, Mortgage Interest Credit.
