Well I asked about the Tax lien on my checking account,the bank had give most of it back.Do I have a case??

the bank held my money from Nov.28 to Dec.11. At least one check bounced because of them. Now they have to pay the late fee the return fee.and others because they did not call the IRS to confirm tax lien details!!

1. The bank does not have to call to confirm anything. It is required to presume the levy is correct until advised otherwise.
