Can unpaid real estate taxes be discharged in a bankruptcy?

2. No. However you may be able to discharge the penalties and interest portion of what is owed. The taxes themselves cannot be discharged.
3. No! Think about it, you owe the government, either state or local/municipality. Not gonna happen.
