Contest Rules help?
In the rules it states, "Winner (or winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is under 18) will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, an IRS W-9 form and where legal, a Publicity Release form within ten (10) days of date of issuance." A) what does this mean? B) Where would I get the form??

- Youre not a winner. Atfer taxes youll pay double for whatever you"win".
- Basically, if it is a legitimate contest, they are bound by gaming commission rules. They are just legal forms and documents you must fill out to verify who you are and to make sure that you followed contest rules and that you are eligible to receive the prize awarded. You won't have to worry about getting anything to sign, because IF you win, the contest sponsors are required to provide the legal documentation for you. You just have to bring an I.D. and your signature. There are even legal ways to claim a big prize without having to go in person, designed for those who would like to maintain their anonymity. Lawyers can claim the prize in your name and take care of the paperwork for you.
