Where can I get free real estate disclosure forms for New York State online?

I've found some sites that offer these but they are not FREE. You can get Income Tax forms free, why not these?

1. You probably won't find them at all online. State mandated sellers disclosurers are most likely copyright protected by your state. The only place you could get them is from a Realtor. However, I'm sure the office supply place, Officemax, Officedepot would have some similar in nature.
2. You won't find them free because these forms are developed at considerable cost by the New York State Association of Realtors for THEIR use, as professional Realtors. Unlike state and federal tax forms, these forms are not provided by the government of New York State.
3. saying that you can get tax forms on-line for free is like saying that "free" buffet in Vegas that you had to lose $5000 to get was "free". Check with the state real estate division / commission, they usually have those "free" forms.
