2. You need to verify how you completed your W-4. Did you accidently write in exempt on line 5? Did you enter too many exemptions? Your payroll department may have entered the information incorrectly. You need to talk with your payroll department and have this correctly right away. Even if they made a mistake, it is still your responsibility to make sure it is accurate.
