Where can I get the State income tax for for california? What is it called?

- California uses form 540. If you don't need to itemize deductions and only have income reported on W-2s, use 540 2EZ. If you need to itemize deductions or have other income (capital gains, 1099, dividend/interest, etc), use Form540/540A. If you are a non-resident, use form 540NR. - u can get them at the post office.the forms r in the books. u can also print them from the internet. www.ftb.ca.gov depending on witch 1 u need. there called California 540 & 540A and the California 5402ez ( the quick form) good luck!
