when does the irs publish the 2006 forms?

1. Don't expect to see them until probably late December. You can go onto the web site for the irs and pull down the forms. Of course they have a tendancy to make changes up through January. http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/
2. They can't finalize the forms until congress goes home for the end of the year. They is always the chance the law will change.
