What kind of FICA form or forms does a small business owner have to file with the IRS &FTB (Calif) RE: payroll
The bookkeeper quit (the bookkeeping profession) without filing the necessary paperwork. This small business is in California. FTB means "Franchise Tax Board" which is the state agency in California that collects State of Calif income tax. I just needed to know the name/number of the form so I can download it from the IRS and Franchise tax bd websites. Thanks.
