- You need to file IRS Form 1065.
- If it is a single-member LLC, this is considered a disregarded entity for tax purposes. You would file any activity from this LLC on your Form 1040, Schedule C.
- As a single member, you file either as a Schedule C or as a "C" corporation. You need to obtain your state documents to see if an election was made to tax you as a "C". If you find no indication as to what entity you are, file as a Schedule C. You will need Forms 1040, Schedule A&B, if applicable, Schedule C, and Schedule SE.
