- Bizz Wizz i've heard is good
- You can go to this link for a list of places that the IRS has a deal with to let you file your taxes electonically for free: http://www.irs.gov/efile/article/0,,id=118986,00.html I always use H&R Block, and used to be a Texas resident. They worked great, and its very quick! Heres a link to that: http://www.irs.gov/app/scripts/exit.jsp?dest=http://www.hrblock.com/taxes/partner/index.jsp?otpPartnerId=180
- Go to www.irs.gov Select the links for online tax prep and follow instructions. In most cases, you can use the software for free, but it does cost to file. It's not very expensive, though.
- If you make less than 52,000 a year try turbotax for the web. It is not free but only costs 14.95. Worth it because it save your personal data from year to year.
- TaxAct
- I found a good one. I'm using taxact this year. Check out www.taxactonline.com. Fed + efile is FREE! I used taxcut last year, and this is just as easy to use, and so much cheaper.
