1040 Tax Preparation Help?
Where should I put Box5, Box6, AND Box 12b information into 1040? Am I supposed to include Medicare Wages and tips into income (line 7) in 1040? What I am supposed to do for Box 12b.(Code=G) Please somebody Help!!

- I did mine on freetaxusa.com...go through the www.irs.gov web site link and they ask for all that info it was real user friendly
- You don't need to enter those amounts onto your 1040. The amount in Box 12 is non-taxable, and boxes 3, 5, 6 and 7 are not related to your income tax.
